2. Products Sold "As Is"
"As Is" Definition: All products are sold "as is," meaning they are provided in their current condition without warranties or guarantees, express or implied, beyond those required by Kenyan law (e.g., under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012). This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications for all products. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free or complete. You acknowledge that you are purchasing products based on the provided information and accept them in their current condition.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.
3. Orders and Payments
Order Placement: By placing an order, you agree to purchase the products as described and at the listed price. All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.
Pricing: Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but the price at the time of order confirmation applies to your purchase.
Payment: We accept payments via mobile money. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the total amount.
Order Confirmation: We will send an order confirmation via email. If we cannot fulfill your order due to unavailability or other issues, we will notify you and issue a refund for any payments made.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: We ship to Nairobi only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Delivery: We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes but do not guarantee delivery dates. Delays due to third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.
Incorrect Address: You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional costs for re-delivery due to incorrect addresses may apply.
5. Returns and Refunds
Limited Returns: Due to the "as is" nature of our products, returns are only accepted for:
Defective or damaged products (as required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2012).
Incorrect items delivered (i.e., different from what was ordered).
Return Process: To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery at kipronic@protonmail.com. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We will provide return instructions if approved.
Refunds: If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For defective or incorrect items, we may cover return shipping costs. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for "as is" products.
6. Cancellations
Before Shipment: You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. A full refund will be issued.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched but may be eligible for return under the conditions above.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information for account creation, orders, and deliveries.
