1. "As Is" Products
  • All products sold through our Services are offered "as is," meaning they are provided in their current condition without warranties or guarantees, express or implied, beyond those required by Kenyan law.

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications, but we do not guarantee their completeness or accuracy. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the products in their described condition.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the "as is" nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following limited circumstances, as required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2012:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is faulty or significantly damaged upon delivery in a way not disclosed in the product description.

  • Incorrect Item Delivered: If you receive an item that is materially different from what was ordered or described.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products sold "as is" are not eligible for returns due to change of mind, dissatisfaction with the described condition, or minor cosmetic imperfections disclosed in the product listing.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refund Amount:

    • No refunds will be issued for "as is" products returned for reasons other than defects or incorrect delivery.

5. Non-Delivery of Products
